Spring has sprung and the girls are in mass production with eggs galore! Please stop by for a dozen or two of some of the North Country’s finest eggs at only $4.50 per dozen. Compare this with those offered in the stores at almost $6.00! We can guarantee availability and freshness but if there is any doubt, please give us a call. We will be happy to reserve eggs for you or arrange delivery, as necessary.
The garlic crop is up and we are looking forward to making garlic scape pesto in late June with over 2000 garlic bulbs to be harvested in August. If you haven’t tried garlic scape pesto you should try this incredible spread on crackers, toasted baguette or pasta. We like it on our eggs, as well.
