Bear Country Farms is a small scale, family run farm settled in the heart of the White Mountains in Easton, NH.  We are here to provide the community with a wide range of healthy, naturally raised food.  Here at BCF we don’t use chemicals on our plants or anti-antibiotics in any of our feed for the chickens/turkeys.

Our egg layers are pasture raised, always cage free and fed a mix of organic feed and vegetable scraps.  We collect their waste and use it as fertilizer in the gardens after allowing it to compost.

 From early spring to late fall we raise heritage breed chickens for your table.  They are moved daily around the farm allowing them to forage for fresh grass and bugs.

Our Bourbon Red turkeys are a heritage breed.  Last year was our second raising this breed of turkey.  Although they grow slower and can be smaller than your traditional store bought turkey we find them to be of a higher caliber taste, reminiscent of the flavor you remember from childhood.

We also grow a variety of organic herbs, vegetables and fruit. We will be coming out with our own pesto and pasta sauces soon, so watch out for those!
